Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We would like to inform you that Wall Wraps NZ does not offer refunds for samples. Although the samples may not be precisely A4 size, they will provide a representative portion of the design, colour, and texture. To view the full pattern repeat, we recommend considering the purchase of a full roll.

 Return Policy

 Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to accommodate returns, certain goods cannot be returned under any circumstances:

(a) Goods that have been in your possession, or in the possession of your designer or agent, for more than seven (7) days.

(b) Goods that are not in their original condition, including packaging.

(c) Made-to-order (MTO) items, unless they are found to be faulty. This includes Custom Murals.

Refunds for Specific Circumstances

At Wall Wraps NZ, we are pleased to offer full refunds in the following scenarios:

(a) In the event that our technical team identifies the product as faulty or defective, and no replacement is available at that time. For more detailed information, kindly refer to the Claims section below.

(b) If the product received does not match the advertisement, description, or the sample you ordered, please note that slight colour variations can occur in the printing process so please be aware of this when comparing to the sample to the product.

Please note that refunds will not be provided for choices made in error, overruns, incorrect quantities, or miss calculations.

To be eligible for a refund, all claims must be submitted via email to hello@wallwraps.co.nz within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances preventing us from delivering your order, we reserve the right to cancel it and provide a full refund.

Installation and Warranty

Our responsibility extends solely to product faults and defects occurring during the manufacturing process. Prior to installation, it is crucial to thoroughly inspect all products and for any faults. Should the product be found defective or faulty, a full replacement will be provided upon acceptance by our technical team.

For your convenience, we provide detailed installation instructions recommended by the manufacturer, including information on the installation process and preferred adhesive. However, we cannot accept responsibility for faults or defects arising from failure to follow these instructions during or after installation. To ensure the best results, we strongly advise seeking professional installation services.

Should you choose to undertake the product installation yourself (DIY), please be aware that you do so at your own risk.

Upon receiving your order, it is essential to perform the following checks:

  1. Ensure the visible manufacturing label is present and verify that the batch numbers match.
  2. Unroll the first three (3) meters of the same batch to inspect for any print errors or unusual markings. Please take note that our responsibility is limited to the first three (3) meters of the same batch, and we assume no liability beyond this point.

Refunds for Product Faults

To initiate a refund due to a faulty or defective product, it is essential to submit your claim within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery via email to hello@wallwraps.co.nz will be required to provide Wall Wraps NZ with the relevant details, including your invoice number, receipt date, application method, a thorough description of the fault or defect, and a digital image illustrating the issue. In some cases, Wall Wraps NZ might request you to return the faulty or defective product for evaluation by our technical team. Should this be necessary, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once our technical team confirms the product's fault or defect, Wall Wraps NZ will reimburse the delivery cost (as reasonably determined) and, whenever feasible, offer a replacement. If providing a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

 Limitation of Liability

Wall Wraps NZ's liability pertaining to any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description, delivery delay, or fitness for the purpose of our products is restricted to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the specific goods. We shall not be held responsible for any labour or liquidated damages under any circumstances.

    Dispute Resolution

    In the event that a dispute arises regarding the acceptable level of pixelation or image quality of a wall mural, our dispute resolution process, as outlined under Refunds for Product Faults, will apply.
